BEST PLACE TO EAT?
Makan... Makan... Makan...
Setiap ari aku pkirkan mana tempat yg best to makan.
No idea nak makan apa dkt area Jalan Raja Laut. Every day Mamak Gaul, Mamak Jalan Raja Laut, Pokok Ketapang, Maju Junction, Gerai next to Tunes Hotel, Rumba Cafe n etc. Nak makan kat luar malas with the jam. Selalunya kalo jauh skit mkan Ikan Bakar at Bukit Aman, Kg Baru etc. Bosannye. Please give me idea maner nak makan. Hehhehehehehhee...

Pengalaman beberapa ari di Sg Samak Estate??
nek bot yg blh angkut kereta. and asyik tido aje kat umah Norul.
Tapi mak Norul masak sedap. patutle Norul masak sedap.
Makan nasi lemak byk kali tambah. Bukan aku aje, Lynn pun tambah banyak kali.

kitorg bergerak dari office after office hour 1830hrs.
Singgah sebentar di Wahida Tom Yam, Sg Besar.
After dah kenyang kitorg teruskan perjalanan ke rumah Norul. Bengang betul pasal aku nyer camera dah ilang. Terpaksa menggunakan hpon. But tau ajele kekurangan hpon ni.

Ikut norul pergi ke Pasar Sabak Bernam. Naik feri kecik yg blh angkut kereta. Menyelusuri sg. Best gak duduk kat estate ni. Sila lihat gmbar yg aku amik ketika nek feri tu.

Sampai kat Sabak Bernam aku ajak Norul makan. Dapat mkn mee jawa. Sedap giler. Raser macam nak makan lgi. Rugi Lynn tak raser soto. Pas Norul beli brg basah kitorg balik umah dia n menanti dia masak mkn tengahari. Mkn ayam msk merah with pucuk paku n ape lg?? dah lupa. Norul n Mak dia memang terror masak.

Kitorg breakfast ngn kuih karipap. Norul yg buat. terrorle Norul. byk pulak tu. Malu aku nak abiskan. Lupa nak suh Norul tapaukan balik. takde hpon mmg susahle nak tgkap gmbar. Tghari makan sup ayam, ikan goreng n aku lupa lauk ape.. Sori Norul. Lepas mkn tengahri kitorg g cuci mata kat Sg Besar. Tapi tak shopping ape2 pun. tgh bulan biasaler... having a break di rumah Paku's Family and singgah di rumah Along & K Molly yg baru abis cuci umah.
Sampai umah about pkul 9. Penat but best. Tapi kete Lynn pecah kat cermin belakang. kecian Lynn. Hope tommorow can be fix. Mgkin Tangkak trip dibatalkan. Lain kali kita pergi rumah Lynn.

BMI:24 (borderline but still healthy)
BLOOD PRESSURE:94 systolic (mm/Hg)/75 diastolic (mm/Hg)
BLOOD GLUCOSE:5.2 mmol/l
MY time slot for the Bone Health Check is :
Time : 12.00 noon to 12.30 pm
Venue : Anlene Booth, Main Lobby, Wisma Sime Darby
and result dia as per below:-
1.1 - risiko rendah terhadap keretakan akibat Osteoporosis
a) to increase 1000mg everyday so we have to drink high calsium milk (Anlene) 4 spoon x 2 glass per day
b) amalkan senaman menanggung berat seperti berlari, joging, berjalan and aerobik ( 3 times a week)
c) hadkan minuman berkafein (cuma minum 2 cups of coffee/tea per day. Bolehke kalo sehari tak pergi mamak gaul tu????)
d) sentiasakan lakukan pemeriksaan tulang
so aku sihat tak macam Min. Risiko tinggi.
